Ingredients: Potatoes, dextrose, disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate (to maintain natural color).
Cubes are great for country style hash browns. Peeled, cut and ready to use.
KEEP FROZEN
Directions:
Deep fry: Preheat fryer to 345º F. Cook from frozen only. Fill fryer basket 1/3 full. Fry for 3-1/2 minutes.
Griddle: Heat griddle to 375º F. Spread a thin layer of oil over the griddle. Arrange hash browns in a thin layer on the griddle. Frozen: Cook for 16 minutes Turn as needed. Thawed: Cook 15 minutes. Turn as needed.
