Because we purchase our products in bulk and package them in smaller bags or containers, the prices of each bag or container vary by weight. For this reason, the prices listed on this website may differ from the actual price. We will ensure that you aren’t charged more than what you are quoted.


We accept all major card cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept debit cards.


If you need to cancel your order, please call us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 


Was your package damaged in the shipping process? Please report it to us within 3 days of arrival. We will contact the carrier and file a claim. Make sure to keep the damaged product in case the carrier needs photographic proof. If you received the wrong product or if it was damaged, you will be eligible to receive a full refund or replacement product.


Please contact us before returning any product. All returns must be received in original condition.

  • Please include a copy of the invoice with the return.
  • No credit will be given for shipping and handling charges. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • After the product is received and inspected by us to ensure it can be resold, we will contact you.
  • Credit will be given as follows:

               o   within 10 days of invoice date, 90%

               o   11-30 days, 80%;

               o   after 30 days, no credit.

  • Regardless of your method of payment, refunds will be in-store credit or a gift card from Oak Hill Bulk Foods. 
  • It may take up to 30 days to receive your in-store credit/gift card.



We do our best to keep items in stock but sometimes there are shortages that are out of our control. If this happens, the customer is responsible to reorder the out of stock items, as we do not keep records of back orders. Some of our items may show out of stock on the website, because they are only available in store.


You can expect your orders to be on their way by the next business day. We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx and can find the very best price for your shipping needs. At this time, we only ship in the continental United States. We cannot be held responsible for product damage due to temperature, like melting or freezing. 


We recognize that shopping on our website involves trust, and we are committed to keeping that trust. Any personal information collected is confidential, and will never be sold. Payment data, submitted to this site, will be processed immediately by Heartland Payment Systems, a third-party payment card processing company; not transmitted to or retrieved by workers or systems at our location.
