Each batch of our all natural cheese curd is made on our farm following time proven traditions for handcrafting and is available by the pound.
Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Cultures, Whey powder, nonfat dry milk powder, dehydrated garlic and onion salt, buttermilk powder (sweet dairy whey, buttermilk powder, dry cream, monosodium glutamate), spices, natural and artificial flavoring, with less than 2% silicon added to prevent caking.
