Sweet Bologna Seasoning


Use this seasoning to create a variety of Lancaster County style sweet bologna product. For a sweeter, old-time taste, add one pint of baker’s molasses. For honey bologna, simply add one pint of honey. This seasoning can also be used to create cheese bologna and snack sticks.

Raw Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Molasses Powder (molasses, maltodextrin), Black Pepper, Maltodextrin, Beetroot Red (color), Canola Oil, Tart Cherry Powder (cherry powder (natural flavor), organic cane sugar (evaporated cane juice), and silicon dioxide (anti-caking)), Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Ascorbic Acid (preservative), Natural Flavors, Silicon Dioxide (flow agent). Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.
