Roasted & Salted Macadamia Nuts

These Macadamia Nuts are Style IV, which means they are upwards of 9 mm in size and consist of whole, half and larger kernels, with 5% of the mix being whole macadamias. Macadamia nuts are naturally low in carbohydrates and are high in monounsaturated (healthy) fats. They are great for adding to candies, baked goods, snacks and ice cream.
