Pour 1 cup of water into a mixing bowl. Add 1 pound biscuit mix. Mix for 30 seconds, then scrap bowl, mix for another 30 seconds. Do not overmix. Place dough on floured surface. Dust with flour and pat out gently. Cut out desired biscuit size. Place biscuits close together on lightly greased pan. Bake at 450°F for 11-13 minutes.
